USDY is issued by Ondo Finance and is not available to US persons or residents of restricted jurisdictions as defined by Ondo Finance's terms. By using RWAI you confirm that you are not a US person and that your use of RWAI and any monitored assets complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure you are eligible to hold and interact with the assets RWAI monitors.
RWAI never has custody of your funds. When you connect your wallet, RWAI reads your on-chain balances in read-only mode. Any transaction — including approved rebalances — requires your explicit on-chain signature. RWAI cannot move your funds without your approval. For Tier 3 delegated execution, you explicitly authorise the RWAI agent address to execute swaps up to your defined cap. You can revoke this authorisation at any time.
RWAI logs agent decisions and reasoning hashes to the Mantle Mainnet via the ERC-8004 Reputation Registry. This data is permanently public and immutable on the blockchain. Do not approve any action you would not want permanently recorded on-chain.
RWAI is provided as-is with no warranties of any kind. Yield data is sourced from DeFiLlama and on-chain sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. RWAI may be unavailable at any time. We are not liable for any losses arising from use of RWAI, including but not limited to missed yield opportunities, failed transactions, or inaccurate agent recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RWAI and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of RWAI after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
